The purpose of Andrea M. Mitchell is to provide exceptional payroll and tax services to small

and mid size companies. In addition to payroll services, my company would file the quarterly

and annual federal and state tax returns. Too many people become frustrated and overly stressed

when it comes to dealing with the payroll, tax and accounting process. We are experienced

professionals who are there to handle this part of the company’s process so the owners can

concentrate on other aspects of the business

Company Ownership

This business will start out as a sole proprietorship, owned by its founder Andrea Mitchell. As

the operation grows, the owner will consider re-registering as a limited liability company or as a

corporation, whichever will suite the future company’s needs.
